** One of the individually-numbered reports issued solely to members of the Western Allies intelligence community with appropriate security clearance.

A declassified version of this intelligence report was subsequently authorised for publication for a wider audience with commercial or industrial interests. The later version was given the same title but had the HMSO name as publisher on the front cover and lacked the security classification and unique identifying security numbering.
